Terms and Conditions for use of CatchtheLingo.com

With Regard to using our Spanish Course and TEFL Courses Sections

WHEREAS YOU ACCEPT:

We facilitate introductions to language education providers, Schools that teach Spanish and TEFL Training Schools in accordance with the Agreed Process (outlined below) and our applicable terms and conditions.

We DO NOT provide, own or run any language education services ourselves and in particular we do not provide, own or run any school or other similar language education services.

YOU HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

Your use of this website is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these terms of use (the “Terms") and you agree to use this website in accordance with and subject to these Terms. The Terms as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and CatchtheLingo.com, (Que Bueno Ltd). If you do not read or accept these Terms, do not use this website. By accessing any part of the catchthelingo.com website, you consent to be bound by these Terms.

THE “AGREED PROCESS”

• Once a language education services provider has been chosen and a booking payment fee has been paid, you will be sent a balance of fees to be paid to the Language Education Provider. The balance of fees that will be due is payable directly to the Language Education Provider, and payment instructions will be sent to you.

  
  

  You may be contacted by the Language Education Provider with an invoice  for a further portion of the tuition fees, and any other fees for services you have requested. This invoice, and the remainder of your tuition fees must be paid in full in accordance with the terms set out by the Language Education Provider prior to or on the course start date. 

  
  

• The booking payment fee paid online is non refundable.

  • • • • However if you cancel your booking at least one month before your course was due to start, you will receive a credit for the value of the booking payment fee you have paid which you can use for up to one year against the price of a course at the same language education provider. 

   

  
  

  If you cancel your booking within one month of your course commencing or if you fail to turn up, you forfeit your booking payment fee.  Every effort is made to ensure the Language Education Provider have been provided with your correct details to ensure your booking is processed correctly. You are responsible for any errors or omissions in the details you have submitted. 

  
  

• It is the Language Education Provider responsibility to provide you with the language tuition and your contract is with the Language Education Provider. CatchtheLingo.com sole responsibility is to facilitate introductions to certain language education services including language courses in accordance with the Agreed Process and our terms and conditions.

  
  

• In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the booking payment fee you paid.

  
  

• Ratings shown on the website are the opinion of people who have booked and availed of the relevant language tuition. We take no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of such opinions.

NO LIABILITY

You should note that CatchtheLingo.com does not warrant that the information published on this website will be error free and in using this website you acknowledge that the language tuition service details and all other information including information relating to language education services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking received from the language tuition service and ensure the terms are accurate and agreed.

All bookings for language education services on this website are between the Language Education Provider concerned and you. CatchtheLingo.com only role is to facilitate introductions and make reservations with the Language Education Provider. CatchtheLingo.com is not a party to the contract between you and the Language Education Provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly. Our duty is discharged once we have introduced you to the Language Education Provider.

Prior to making a booking, you should ensure that you have reviewed the Language Education Provider’s terms and conditions and that they are acceptable to you.

NEITHER CATCHTHELINGO.COM QUE BUENO LIMITED NOR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR THE MATERIALS OFFERED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, PROFIT OR OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, EVEN IF CatchtheLingo.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGES WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

While CatchtheLingo.com makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the language education services listed are of reasonable standard the listing of any language education services in the website is not and should not be taken as a recommendation from CatchtheLingo.com or a representation that the education services will be suitable for the user’s purpose.

CatchtheLingo.com shall in no way be liable to you in the event that the language education services are not suitable for your purpose.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of this website, you undertake to CatchtheLingo.com that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY

You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this website by you and those using your log-in information.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

This website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than CatchtheLingo.com. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. CatchtheLingo.com does not control such websites and is not responsible for their contents. The inclusion of hyperlinks on this website to such other websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to bookings of language education services made by you through this website.

(1) Making a reservation application

On making a reservation, you shall pay a non-refundable booking payment fee (being a fixed percentage of the total value of your reservation, 10-15%). You must use a credit card or debit card to apply for a reservation. Your transaction will be handled by paypalpro.

You will be responsible to the education services provider for payment of the balance of the cost of the education services booked by you together with the payment of charges for any additional services subsequently contracted for with the Language Education Provider and, where applicable, payment of the Language Education Provider’s service charges and taxes pursuant to the terms and conditions of trade applied by such Language Education Provider.

You agree that in the event that you cancel your reservation prior to course start date or that you fail to pay the remainder of your fees in full prior or on arrival that this may result in loss of any fees paid and cancellation of your course reservation which will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Language Education Provider. Your non-arrival by the agreed course start date, unless previously agreed, will result in the cancellation of your entire course reservation.

Any amendments to your course reservation must be notified to and agreed with the Language Education Provider directly.

In making a course reservation, it shall be your responsibility to disclose to the Language Education Provider any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and of which the Language Education Provider should be notified and which may require special facilities.

(2) When a course reservation is confirmed.

Your chosen language education service provider will be immediately notified and will contact you with confirmation of your reservation within 72 hours.

CatchtheLingo.com strongly recommends you check and confirm with the Language Education Provider the precise terms and conditions upon which the Language Education Provider makes the reserved service available to you upon receipt of the reservation confirmation. The course reservation numbers included on the booking confirmation should be quoted in all enquiries, cancellation or modification of the reservation.

(3) Cancellations

CatchtheLingo.com does not accept responsibility for cancellations by you or by the Language Education Provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made.

CatchtheLingo.com shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other language education services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the Language Education Provider.

NO LIABILITY IN CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

 Catchthelingo.com makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, CatchtheLingo.com shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.
