El Gran Concurso - CatchtheLingo Quiz Night in Santiago

On Tuesday the 18th of May, CatchtheLingo, the community site for those who travel and learn languages abroad, are organizing their first event in Chile. In the heart of Santiago, we are running a quiz night (en Español) with free drinks, cash prizes and rumour has it, a free language course with one of the top Spanish schools to give away. You don´t need great Spanish to enter as the quiz has been put together with students of Spanish in mind.

Los detalles \ the details : 

La Fecha (The Date): Martes, 18 de Mayo 19.00 
La Hora (The Time): 19.00
El Lugar (The Place): Bar “Cabe Frio”, 

Las Preguntas \ The Questions: 
Questions will be based around everything from the evil antics of Stewie (of Family Guy fame) to Cola Cola a certain football team in Chile to the lyrics of Chilean underground rap.

Each team is of four persons so you just to find three friends who are also interested in participating. 

Las Reglas \ Rules for entry... not many at all

1. All of you must be learning the language in some way (Even if you are just picking up the lingo at a local hostel bar then that counts). 
2. no more than one of the contestants can be considered near fluency. Normal quiz rules apply..
3. You need to post your name and age on our forum. To do that you will have to register on the site (Don't worry we don't intend in to spam you - read our privacy policy if you are concerned)

and of course the Prizes!! Los Premios
1st prize is 50,000 CLP and 2nd prize is 25,000 CLP.
Free Group Spanish course to be given out from raffle.

Note space is limited to the first 25 teams of four people - first names on the forum are in.
